Every computer manufacturer has their own brands to name their products. Lenovo has many brands for their own products. Among others, here's several of them mentioned in this article.

Laptop
ThinkPad is Lenovo's brand for their laptops. Below are Lenovo laptops with Ubuntu OS preinstalled. To date, there are several products. Among them are ThinkPad X1, T14, T15, and P17.
Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon, Gen. 8
Offered with Fedora and Ubuntu. This is the modern generation of Thinkpad with Intel Core i5 (10th generation) and Intel UHD Graphics, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD and 14" anti-glare display IPS. Product webpage (archived).
ThinkPad X1 Carbon and T15 |
Offered with Fedora and Ubuntu. Similar to Gen. 8, the difference is that Gen. 9 is equipped with 11th generation of Intel Core i5 and Intel Iris Xe Graphics. Product webpage (archived).
Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Yoga
Offered with Ubuntu 20.04 LTS. This is the modern, 360-degree touchscreen display ThinkPad with Intel Core i5 CPU and Iris Xe Graphics, 8GB memory, 256 GB SSD, and a Lenovo Pen. Product webpage (archived).
ThinkPad T14
Offered with Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. This is the modern generation of black ThinkPad, thinner and more compact, with Intel Core i5 CPU and Intel UHD Graphics, 8GB memory, and 128GB SSD. Product page (archived).
ThinkPad T15
Offered with Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. Similar to T14, the difference is this T15 offers 15" display. Product webpage (archived).
ThinkPad P17
Offered with Ubuntu 20.04. This is the Power version of modern Thinkpad, with Intel Core i5 CPU and NVIDIA Quadro Graphics, 8GB memory, 256GB SSD, 14-hours battery life and 17.3" display. Product webpage (archived).
Desktop
ThinkStation is Lenovo's brand of their desktops and workstations (personal computers or PCs). At the moment, there are several ThinkStation models offered with Ubuntu preinstalled.
Lenovo ThinkStation P340 Tower Workstation
Offered with Ubuntu 20.04 LTS. This is the standard class PC ThinkStation, with Intel Core i3 CPU and Intel UHD Graphics, 4GB memory, 256GB SSD, and optional (Build Your PC) storage disk and optical drive. Product webpage (archived).
ThinkStation P620 |
Lenovo ThinkStation P340 SFF Workstation
Offered with Ubuntu 20.04 LTS. This is the Small Form Factor edition of the standard class ThinkStation P340. Everything is similar, except it is more compact in size. Product page (archived).
Lenovo ThinkStation P340 Tiny
Offered with Ubuntu 20.04 LTS. This is the Power edition of ThinkStation P340 despite it bears the name Tiny and being the smallest in size, with Intel Core i3 CPU and NVIDIA Quadro, 8GB memory, and 256GB SSD. Product webpage (archive).
Lenovo ThinkStation P620 with Linux
Offered with Ubuntu 20.04 LTS. This is the most powerful PC on this list, it is ThinkStation P620, with AMD Ryzen Threadripper (12 Cores) CPU and NVIDIA Quadro Graphics, 16GB memory and 256GB SSD. Product webpage (archive).
