Taken from cononical official blog release, Kernel 3.0.0-7.9 has been uploaded to be next candidate of Ubuntu 11.10 Oneric Ocelot kernel although this kernel will always update till the day of Ubuntu 11.10 Oneric released, The most notable changes are :
- Enable Intellimouse mode for Lenovo Zhaoyang E47
- Enable support for Ralink 53xx devices
- Added quirks for Ricoh 1180:e823 lower base clock frequency
