To enable Notebookbar, the new "Ribbon" toolbar on LibreOffice, do the following. This works on all versions of LibreOffice starting from 5.3 up to 6.0. Remember, the Notebookbar is still in development, so it's still Experimental for now and may be not complete.
- Go to menu Tool > Options > Advanced > check 'Enable experimental feature' > OK.
- Go to View > Toolbar Layout > Notebookbar.
To disable Notebookbar, do the following:
- Click the triple line button at top-right corner > select Menubar > Menubar showing.
- Click menu View > Toolbar Layout > Default.
